Terms of Service

Navwell is a wellness platform: programs, challenges, progress tracking, messaging, and an AI coach that supports everyday healthy habits. Navwell is not a medical device, does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Content on Navwell — including anything the AI coach says — is general wellness information. Always consult a qualified professional about medical concerns, and never disregard professional advice because of something you saw here.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Navwell is not monitored for emergencies.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 13 years old (minors may use Navwell only under a practitioner's direction with parent or guardian consent). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

Practitioners on Navwell are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Navwell. The care relationship, professional advice, and any services or goods a practitioner sells are between you and them. Navwell provides the platform — including payment processing for some purchases — but is not a party to the care relationship.

The AI coach and related features are clearly labeled, can make mistakes, and stay within wellness boundaries by design — they will not diagnose, interpret lab results, or change a prescribed program. Estimates (like nutrition from meal photos, or transcriptions) are approximations; verify anything important against the original.

Some features, programs, and shop items are paid. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices, trials, and any recurring terms are shown before you buy, and subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from your billing settings. Items sold by practitioners (including shop items fulfilled by them or linked external stores) are their responsibility, with refunds handled per the flow shown at purchase.

What you post or upload stays yours. You grant Navwell the license needed to operate the service (store, display, process — including the AI features you use). Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others. Purchased or assigned program content belongs to its creators and may not be redistributed outside Navwell.

No misuse: no attempts to break, probe, or overload the service, no scraping other users' data, no impersonation, no using Navwell to send spam or harmful content, and no reselling access without an agreement with us.

You can stop using Navwell and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licenses already exercised, disclaimers, limitations) survive termination.

Navwell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navwell's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above will change and material updates will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
